Threatening customers is not acceptable, particularly on tthe day of the move. Better understanding of the situation would have been appreciated. The sale manager is very willing and nice, but not always clear himself and not understanding clearly english, leading to misunderstanding and further complications. Complications that lead to threats from the Wagner company and further fees (for exemple extra fees for customs which we were not made aware of).
