We are overall happy with the service, specially with the Team that worked in the ground. Having said that, we had an issue with the offer that caused unexpected and significant higher costs. We would strongly recommend to have also in english (bilingual) to avoid that in the future. We thank Daniel for finding a Solution but again, it came with a much higher and not planned cost.
